Founded in 2005, Weihai Jinhong Polymer Co., Ltd.  is a foreign investment enterprise owned by Weihai Jinhong Group. Its registered capital is RMB 60 million, and has 300 staff, of which the scientific and technical personnel more than 30 people. The main business includes research and development, production and sales of PVC chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) additives as well as chemical raw materials, chemical additives, and polymer materials.

The company's main products chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is mainly used to improve the impact resistance of hard PVC products. It has been put into production for more than 20years since 1993.  CPE of Jinhong brand is produced by aqueous suspension chlorination which came out of  Jinhong's independent research and development.  Through continuous development and production practice of more than 20 years, Jinhong has accumulated profound CPE manufacturing technology and theory, and become a professional manufacturer expertise in producing CPE. In addition, our company has passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification, and in cooperation with the Zhejiang University set up a "Zhejiang University  - Jinhong Polymer Research Center". In 2000 awarded by Shandong Department of Science and Technology  set up "Shandong Province Plastics Engineering Technology Research Center". In 2001, the center was awarded "Provincial Enterprise Reserach Center". In 2015, the company was awarded "Post Doctoral Research Station".The company's production and business objective is to be a first-class chemical enterprise in China, creating a famous international brand. At present our company product quality has reached or exceeded the United States DuPont, Dow, Japan Showa denko, Japan Osaka caoda and other companies' similar products, become a professional manufacturer of CPE.
